Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough internal examinations of customer watches to identify defects and assess repair requirements
  • Utilize power consumption testing to determine appropriate service levels and diagnose mechanical issues
  • Operate Proconcept (internal repair software) to identify necessary components, generate repair estimates, and maintain detailed service records
  • Collaborate with customer care teams to communicate repair scope, timelines, and cost expectations to clients
  • Identify counterfeit products and validate warranty information in accordance with brand protection protocols
  • Adhere to quality control procedures and LVMH standards throughout the diagnostic and estimation process
  • Meet or exceed daily quotas for estimates and quality inspections while maintaining accuracy
