TAG Heuer Watch Repair Estimator in Springfield, New Jersey — diagnose watches, generate estimates, and ensure brand quality standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough internal examinations of customer watches to identify defects and assess repair requirements
- Utilize power consumption testing to determine appropriate service levels and diagnose mechanical issues
- Operate Proconcept (internal repair software) to identify necessary components, generate repair estimates, and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with customer care teams to communicate repair scope, timelines, and cost expectations to clients
- Identify counterfeit products and validate warranty information in accordance with brand protection protocols
- Adhere to quality control procedures and LVMH standards throughout the diagnostic and estimation process
- Meet or exceed daily quotas for estimates and quality inspections while maintaining accuracy
- Prioritize workflow to ensure timely task completion and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Previous experience in estimating or quality control within a production environment is highly desirable. Entry-level candidates are considered; internal candidates with Proconcept knowledge are preferred.
