TAG Heuer in La Chaux-de-Fonds seeks a Watch Movement Engineer to develop and industrialise mechanical calibres for the maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical watch movements and complications across the product portfolio, from industrially focused calibres to haute horlogerie pieces.
- Define and validate technical solutions in accordance with the product brief (CDC) and the brand's customer perception framework.
- Produce comprehensive technical dossiers including drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with laboratory, quality, industrial methods, purchasing and after-sales teams to ensure seamless industrialisation and lifecycle support.
- Identify, analyse and document all technical parameters that must be controlled through to movement homologation.
- Contribute to the reliability and robustness improvement of existing calibres based on quality and market feedback.
- Propose innovative horological concepts and technical improvements consistent with the maison’s industrial strategy.
Qualifications
- Engineer (HES / Bachelor of Applied Sciences) in watch construction or equivalent technician diploma in watch construction.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in a comparable role within watch movement design or mechanical calibre development.
- Advanced proficiency with CREO and Windchill (PLM); comfortable with Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrable experience producing detailed technical dossiers (plans, BOMs, specifications) and supporting industrialisation.
- Rigorous, autonomous, dynamic and proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in movement or calibre design, development or industrialisation within the Swiss watch industry or equivalent mechanical precision engineering environment.
Education
Engineer HES (Bachelor of Applied Sciences) in watch construction or a technician diploma in watch construction (or equivalent).
