TAG Heuer seeks a Watch Case Constructor in La Chaux‑de‑Fonds, Switzerland — permanent full‑time role in technical case construction and CAD (Creo).
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce detailed constructions and engineering drawings for new watch cases and components, ensuring full compliance with the product specification.
- Assess feasibility of product requests and identify technical–aesthetic trade-offs with Development and Product teams.
- Design solutions that meet TAG Heuer’s technical, industrialization and aesthetic standards while ensuring robustness and eco-responsibility.
- Introduce and validate innovations in concepts, materials and manufacturing processes within constructions.
- Document and justify construction choices during design reviews; analyse technical risks with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of technical data in corporate systems, including technical codification.
- Drive root‑cause resolution for transversal technical issues raised by Quality, After‑Sales and Production and implement durable corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of experience in watchmaking case construction or related horological engineering roles.
- Proven mastery of CAD and construction methods; experience with Creo is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of machining processes and industrialization constraints applicable to watch components.
- Familiarity with ISO GPS dimensioning and technical tolerancing (Cotation ISO GPS).
- Demonstrated ability to reconcile aesthetic and technical requirements and to lead cross‑functional project teams.
- Fluent in English; rigorous, proactive and capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in watchmaking case construction or horological component development, including hands‑on CAD design, machining knowledge and exposure to industrialization and post‑production support.
Education
Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology or equivalent.
Workplace
