TAG Heuer Transversal Projects Manager in Signy, Switzerland – coordinate cross-functional teams for watch launches and strategic initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams for major watch fairs including LVMH Watch Week and Watches & Wonders, ensuring product consistency across all initiatives
- Develop and execute retroplanning timelines, assign team missions, and orchestrate global team efficiency for fair presentations and product launches
- Lead Press Room presentation creation in collaboration with the Product team and coordinate preparation of all product tools including product files, booth tours, and window displays
- Partner with Events and Visual Merchandising teams to design and execute fair window displays and brand experiences
- Prepare market debriefing templates with the Go-to-Market team and coordinate product briefings to TAG Heuer teams across headquarters and regional markets
- Coordinate client presentations, public relations events, and retailer product launches in collaboration with the Commercial team
- Support client event participation and manage product presentations for client days with Product and Go-to-Market teams
- Participate in brand keynote preparation and strategic presentations, including monthly committees and world summits
- Assist with continuous operational improvements on Go-to-Market initiatives and design enhancements to Go-to-Market documentation
- Conduct launch feedback studies by retrieving relevant data and coordinating contributions from multiple departments
- Coordinate ad hoc strategic studies and presentations as required by brand priorities and management directives
- Lead coordination of transversal projects spanning multiple departments including Product, Development, Operations, After-sales, and Commercial
- Support live product presentations and participate in strategic brand initiatives as directed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Strategy, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, product marketing, or corporate communication
- Demonstrated experience working within the luxury goods sector
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing deadlines and diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Autonomous work style with the capacity to drive initiatives independently and across organizational lines
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
