TAG Heuer seeks a Training Manager in Miami or Mexico City to develop retail training programs across the Americas. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assess retail landscapes and identify best practices in collaboration with headquarters and local teams to enhance customer experience excellence
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions in both online and offline formats for boutique managers, account executives, and area sales managers across priority markets
  • Partner with the Commercial Team to identify product knowledge gaps and develop appropriate training solutions for both wholesale and retail channels
  • Manage e-learning platform key performance indicators, including learner communications per point-of-sale and provide technical support to all digital platform users
  • Support the TAG Heuer Onboarding Program by coordinating manager enrollment and addressing additional training requirements on the digital platform
  • Coordinate venue selection, travel logistics, and vendor management for all in-person trainings in collaboration with LVMH Travel and TAG Heuer Americas Finance
  • Build, oversee, and analyze operational training documentation including registration, attendance tracking, and participant feedback surveys for both virtual and in-person sessions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail and/or retail training, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint) with demonstrated experience using Power BI
  • Advanced expertise in training design methodologies, content creation, and delivery across both in-person and online platforms
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required); Portuguese or additional language proficiency is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time
