TAG Heuer is hiring a Training Director, Americas in Miami — lead retail and wholesale learning across the Americas; Spanish required, extensive travel.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive regional Training Plan for the Americas (Canada to Argentina), including Cruise Ships and Travel Retail, across digital, experiential and in-person formats.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a dispersed team of Training Managers to drive client acquisition, conversion and long-term loyalty in retail and wholesale channels.
  • Develop and deliver brand elevation curricula covering core collections, advanced movements, new materials, client journey best practices and TAG Heuer strategic partnerships (e.g., Formula 1, Porsche).
  • Partner with VP Retail, Regional Sales Leadership and VP Sales to identify training priorities, sequence store rollouts and escalate HQ requests.
  • Use client insights and performance data to shape training content, measure impact and iterate programming for measurable business results.
  • Manage multiple training project workstreams and the department’s annual budget, approving expenses and ensuring profitable delivery of learning initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between HQ Training and the Americas region and coordinate with Marketing on brand and product events requiring subject-matter expertise.
  • Develop tools and KPIs to monitor training effectiveness and lead regular team calls to share best practices and identify skill gaps.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in training, learning & development within premium or luxury retail environments.
  • Proven track record building training programmes aligned to brand repositioning and sales/service objectives for retail and wholesale channels.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including motivating direct reports and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and coaching skills with the ability to adapt messages to diverse markets.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a Learning Management System (LMS); familiarity with digital learning tools and e‑learning authoring tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Americas (up to 70%).
  • Spanish fluency required.
