Role & Responsibilities

• Define and pilot the Supply Chain strategy in alignment with commercial, industrial, and financial ambitions of the Maison
• Guarantee service, availability, inventory, lead time, and cost objectives with clear accountability and performance tracking
• Deploy a robust S&OP process around a unified plan shared by Product, Marketing, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Market teams
• Align demand forecasts, manufacturing capacities, procurement, and financial targets
• Optimize finished goods, component, and spare parts inventory without compromising service levels
• Reduce safety stock, excess inventory, obsolescence, and lead times across the entire chain
• Improve forecasting accuracy, allocation, and replenishment to drive demand-led planning
• Ensure safety, quality, costs, lead times, and productivity of T2-T3 assembly and case finishing activities
• Orchestrate product launches by aligning demand, product maturity, components, and manufacturing capacity
• Guarantee availability of new collections and adjust allocations to actual market demand
• Anticipate and pilot mitigation plans for supplier, manufacturing, and logistics risks
• Modernize processes, data, and management tools; leverage advanced technologies and AI for forecasting and decision-making
• Develop end-to-end visibility and embed a culture of simplification and continuous improvement
• Secure supply chain resilience in collaboration with Procurement, Manufacturing, and strategic partners
• Identify and manage supplier, manufacturing, logistics, and geopolitical risks
• Integrate sustainability, traceability, and compliance considerations into supply chain decisions
• Provide clear vision, set demanding priorities, and mobilize teams around a shared ambition
• Develop competencies, autonomy, and accountability of managers and teams
• Strengthen cross-functional synergies between central teams, Manufacturing, markets, and the retail network
• Position Supply Chain as a strategic partner to the COO and other Maison functions

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management
• Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience leading an international, complex Supply Chain
• Demonstrated experience managing assembly or production operations (a significant asset)
• Mastery of S&OP, planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and allocation
• Proven track record transforming a Supply Chain toward a more agile, demand-driven model
• Strong data proficiency and expertise with planning tools and performance optimization levers
• Recognized leadership capability with strong arbitration skills and execution discipline
• Business acumen and ability to federate teams and functions with competing priorities
• Experience in watchmaking, luxury goods, or product-launch-driven environments (an asset)
• Fluent French and English

Skills

Experience

Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience leading a complex, international supply chain. Ideally supplemented by hands-on oversight of assembly or production operations. Demonstrated expertise in transforming supply chain models toward agile, demand-driven execution. Preferred experience in watchmaking, luxury goods, or product-launch-intensive environments.

Education

Advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Management.
