TAG Heuer seeks Store Planning & Retail Design Procurement Manager in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Drive retail excellence with 8–10 years' luxury experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive transversal excellence initiatives across Store Design and VM & Scenography teams to continuously improve project performance, efficiency and collaborative processes
- Lead Value Engineering initiatives to optimize quality, cost and execution while preserving the Maison's creative intent and premium standards
- Define and implement comprehensive supplier strategy across retail construction, VM production, pop-ups and client event scenography, including selection, tendering, negotiations and performance management
- Manage departmental operational performance by developing cost benchmarks, KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor CAPEX and OPEX performance, challenge project budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities across all retail projects and activations
- Optimize production strategies, sourcing models, batch management and worldwide deployment to improve efficiency, scalability and consistency
- Develop and continuously improve departmental processes, governance, standards and operational tools
- Identify innovative materials, technologies and production solutions that enhance operational performance, sustainability and long-term value
- Collaborate closely with markets, regional teams and cross-functional departments to ensure consistent execution and operational excellence worldwide
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Retail Development, Store Design, Construction, Visual Merchandising production, supplier management or operational performance, preferably within a premium or luxury environment
- Strong understanding of retail construction, VM production and temporary retail activations
- Proven experience in supplier strategy, commercial negotiations, RFQs and Value Engineering
- Strong analytical, operational and financial acumen with project management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in KPI development and performance reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across creative, technical and commercial teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset and continuous improvement approach
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years in Retail Development, Store Design, Construction, Visual Merchandising production, supplier management, or operational performance. Premium or luxury sector experience is strongly preferred.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
