TAG Heuer Store Manager in Cabazon, CA — on-site role leading boutique sales, team development and operations. $85–90K base plus bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique sales activity by working actively on the sales floor to increase conversion, average selling price and mix, and achieve financial targets.
- Analyse store KPIs (traffic, conversion, volume and value sales, ASP, mix) to identify opportunities and implement 360° action plans.
- Set, follow and review individual and collective objectives; provide real-time feedback, coaching and development to build a high-performing team.
- Recruit, onboard and retain boutique staff; ensure team motivation, cohesion and an inclusive work environment.
- Own client development: supervise clienteling activities, outreach, appointment setting and long-term relationship building to grow the active client base.
- Plan and coordinate boutique events in line with brand strategy; manage stakeholders and assess event ROI.
- Ensure luxury standards of service, grooming, attitude and visual merchandising are met in-store and at external events.
- Oversee boutique operations including inventory, cash handling, security, store opening/closing procedures, expense control and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Proactively network with local influencers and partners to elevate brand presence and drive traffic.

- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record as a creative, results-oriented business driver with consistent sales performance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
