TAG Heuer seeks Social Media Project Manager in Signy, Switzerland for 6-month maternity cover role with hybrid flexibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement the global social media strategy across all platforms and maintain editorial calendars, planning documents, and operational guidelines
- Support day-to-day social media planning and execution, including story creation, grid planning, and account maintenance
- Execute social media activations for product launches, campaigns, and key brand moments while maintaining launch calendars and publication schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and freelancers to support campaign execution and track assets and deliverables to ensure timely publication
- Manage the production and publication of social media content across all platforms, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines
- Monitor social media performance, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, analyse campaign results, and share actionable insights with the team
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in social media, digital communication, or project management
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, and publishing workflows
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with sensitivity to brand image, tone of voice, and content quality

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, digital communication, or project management, ideally within luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods sectors.
