TAG Heuer seeks a Social Media Manager for a 6-month maternity cover position in Signy, Switzerland—lead social media strategy and manage a creative team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Social Media team composed of one internal team member and two external freelancers, ensuring clear prioritization, workload management, and delivery of all social media initiatives
- Oversee the global social media strategy across all platforms and maintain strategic social media documents, guidelines, and planning tools
- Ensure consistency of brand positioning, editorial direction, and tone of voice across all social channels and provide strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Lead social media orchestration for all product launches, campaigns, and key brand moments, developing and overseeing launch calendars and content plans
- Act as the main social media point of contact between Social Media, Go-to-Market, PR, Sponsoring & Ambassadors, and other key departments
- Brief, review, and approve all social media copy across platforms; validate Instagram Stories and key social media assets before publication
- Review and approve weekend sponsoring coverage and race-related Instagram Stories, ensuring consistency and quality of all published content
- Supervise content production and provide feedback to internal teams and freelancers; own the editorial direction and tone of voice across all social media channels
- Monitor channel performance, review reporting, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results and ensure social media activities contribute to brand and business objectives
Qualifications
- Proven international Social Media professional background, ideally in luxury and watchmaking industry
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficient French is a significant asset
- Highly organized and rigorous in execution and planning
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to handle significant workload
- Collaborative and creative mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Confirmed experience in team management
- Keen interest in environmental issues related to Green IT and willingness to implement associated best practices

Experience
Minimum 5 years of international social media experience in professional capacity, ideally within the luxury goods or watchmaking sectors.
