Senior Client Development Manager position at TAG Heuer in Signy, Switzerland; lead omnichannel client strategy and team of five.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Client Development strategy for TAG Heuer in alignment with brand objectives and market-specific goals
  • Manage, lead, and develop a team of 5 specialists in clienteling, VIP management, CSC operations, and retail event coordination
  • Oversee personalized management of strategic clients and VIPs, ensuring excellence in their experience
  • Design, plan, and coordinate major retail events with active presence at key international events
  • Design and execute omni-clienteling initiatives to ensure activation effectiveness
  • Animate and develop the CSC team across different regional hubs
  • Develop and expand the Client Development community globally
  • Manage departmental budget, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation
  • Develop performance tools and KPIs to measure initiative effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with CRM, marketing, product, e-commerce, customer service, IT, and retail teams at headquarters and regional levels to ensure coherence and synergy

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of successful experience in premium or luxury retail business
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM or client marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of high-end client relationship challenges and omnichannel clienteling
  • Proven skills in event organization, training, and project management
  • Strong strategic analysis and budget management abilities
