Senior Client Development Manager position at TAG Heuer in Signy, Switzerland; lead omnichannel client strategy and team of five.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Client Development strategy for TAG Heuer in alignment with brand objectives and market-specific goals
- Manage, lead, and develop a team of 5 specialists in clienteling, VIP management, CSC operations, and retail event coordination
- Oversee personalized management of strategic clients and VIPs, ensuring excellence in their experience
- Design, plan, and coordinate major retail events with active presence at key international events
- Design and execute omni-clienteling initiatives to ensure activation effectiveness
- Animate and develop the CSC team across different regional hubs
- Develop and expand the Client Development community globally
- Manage departmental budget, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation
- Develop performance tools and KPIs to measure initiative effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, product, e-commerce, customer service, IT, and retail teams at headquarters and regional levels to ensure coherence and synergy
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of successful experience in premium or luxury retail business
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM or client marketing
- Extensive knowledge of high-end client relationship challenges and omnichannel clienteling
- Proven skills in event organization, training, and project management
- Strong strategic analysis and budget management abilities
- Inspiring leadership style with client service orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate teams
- Availability for regular international travel during major events
- Passion for luxury watchmaking and the TAG Heuer universe

Experience
Minimum 15 years of successful experience in premium or luxury retail business, with substantial background in CRM, client marketing, or client development roles within high-end sectors.
