TAG Heuer in London seeks a Senior Client Advisor for its flagship boutique — temporary full-time, on-site role focused on sales, clienteling and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through disciplined prospecting, client discovery, persuasive product presentation and effective closing techniques.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships via proactive clienteling (outreaches, appointments, events) and personalised follow-up to grow the active client base.
- Deliver an exceptional, consistent omnichannel client experience by leveraging all customer touchpoints and brand platforms.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, communicating TAG Heuer’s heritage, technical features and brand DNA in-store and at external events.
- Support daily boutique operations including inventory, cash handling, security, store opening/closing and adherence to retail procedures.
- Use CRM and retail systems (CEGID, Salesforce) to collect qualitative client data, manage pipelines and capitalise on sales opportunities.
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards (window animation, product presentation) and keep the store presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the client’s watch is returned and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Propose and implement local sales development initiatives (merchandising, events, product mix) and support colleagues to strengthen team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of high-performance retail or luxury sales; demonstrable clienteling results preferred.
- Strong knowledge of watches or a keen passion for horology, lifestyle trends and relevant technologies.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation and storytelling abilities; client-centric and results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrable digital literacy with CRM and retail platforms (CEGID, Salesforce) and comfort with omnichannel tools.
- High integrity, team spirit, adaptability and ability to propose solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, high-end sales or client-facing roles; experience with watches, jewellery or high-value accessories is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail, hospitality or luxury brand management is advantageous.
