TAG Heuer seeks a SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Transformation Lead in La Chaux‑de‑Fonds, Switzerland — lead S/4HANA manufacturing transformation across TAG Heuer sites.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA within the manufacturing domain, aligned to business objectives.
- Lead solution design and architecture for S/4HANA manufacturing solutions, ensuring scalability, integration and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee end‑to‑end implementation of S/4HANA manufacturing modules (PP, QM, PM, EWM/WM integration) from blueprint through go‑live and hypercare.
- Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes to standardise, automate and continuously improve workflows using S/4HANA capabilities.
- Lead, mentor and develop cross‑functional SAP functional and technical teams; manage external vendors and partners.
- Partner with manufacturing leadership, IT and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project governance including risk identification, mitigation planning, budget and resource allocation.
- Drive change management activities to maximise user readiness and adoption (communication, training and post‑go‑live support).
- Monitor SAP S/4HANA innovations and manufacturing best practices to continuously enhance the solution landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in SAP implementations with strong emphasis on SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing modules.
- Proven track record leading large‑scale S/4HANA transformation projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep functional understanding of end‑to‑end manufacturing processes: production planning, shop‑floor control, quality and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence senior stakeholders and manage external partners.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project governance skills; ability to define and manage mitigation plans.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Experience
Minimum 8+ years working on SAP implementations with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing modules; proven experience leading large‑scale S/4HANA transformation projects in a manufacturing environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
