Role & Responsibilities
- Support the NESE sales team with daily commercial operations: customer account management, order tracking, monthly stock uploads and verification, replenishment recommendations and incentives follow-up.
- Prepare communications to introduce novelties to retail partners and monitor early launch performance (sell‑in / sell‑out).
- Compile monthly market reports and presentations to support market visits and performance reviews; maintain and update POS and sell‑out data in internal systems.
- Manage aspects of the Brand Ambassador programme: monitor targets, coordinate merchandising logistics and rewards, animate community channels (e.g., WhatsApp) and assist with ambassador events and presentations.
- Collaborate with VM & Retail on in‑store visual merchandising and provide operational support for trade marketing initiatives.
- Provide logistical and operational support for out‑of‑store events and for major shows such as Watches & Wonders (ID cards, order forms, presentation materials).
- Assist Media & PR activities: draft briefs for creative agencies, adapt media assets for distribution and consolidate PR monitoring and tracking files.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and analytical support for sales management and cross‑functional projects.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school or equivalent undergraduate/graduate program.
- Strong interest in luxury goods, retail, marketing and sales.
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with POS management systems is a plus.
- Organized, rigorous, proactive and curious; able to work autonomously and collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills.
- Available for a 6‑month internship starting 01/07/2026 and able to work on‑site in Paris (8th arrondissement).

Entry‑level internship: no extensive professional experience required. Previous internships or short placements in retail, sales or marketing are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school or equivalent bachelor’s/master’s program.
