TAG Heuer seeks a Part-time Client Advisor in Troy, MI — retail role focusing on sales, clienteling and aftersales. $22–$24/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales by achieving individual KPIs and converting traffic through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador in and outside the boutique, representing TAG Heuer at events and client appointments.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, personalised appointments and qualitative client data collection.
- Execute omnichannel selling by leveraging all client touchpoints and digital tools to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening/closing procedures and aftersales coordination until product return.
- Use store systems and tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and apply Visual Merchandising standards (VM, window animation, product presentation).
- Contribute to store maintenance, compliance with internal control policies, and foster an inclusive, supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing sales role.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong knowledge of watches, contemporary lifestyle trends, sports and watchmaking collections.
- Proven selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, objection handling, upselling and closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, mix, active client growth).
- Familiarity with retail procedures and front/back office tools.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable sales environment, with demonstrable track record in meeting sales KPIs and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales, horology or related fields is advantageous.

The role is situated in Troy, Michigan, USA — conveniently close to Detroit.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 24 per hour.
