TAG Heuer seeks a Client Advisor in Miami, FL to drive boutique sales, clienteling and after‑sales excellence at the Miami Design District.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales and consistently achieve individual KPIs through effective prospecting, product presentation, upselling and closing techniques.
  • Deliver outstanding, personalised client experiences across all touchpoints, integrating omnichannel workflows to maximise conversion and lifetime value.
  • Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique, representing TAG Heuer at events and communicating brand DNA and technical product details.
  • Execute client development and clienteling activities: outreach, appointment setting, qualitative data collection and follow-up to grow the active client base.
  • Support daily boutique operations including inventory control, cash handling, security procedures, store opening/closing and after‑sales coordination until return of the watch.
  • Use retail systems and CRM tools (CEGID, Salesforce) to manage sales, client records and reporting; contribute to visual merchandising and window presentation.
  • Propose merchandising, event or product-mix initiatives to increase footfall and sales; uphold grooming, presentation and VM standards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control policies and contribute to a positive, inclusive and collaborative store environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in luxury retail or premium watches; proven track record meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deep interest in watches, lifestyle trends, sports and new technologies; knowledge of brand collections and heritage.
  • Proficient selling skills: client discovery, storytelling, objection handling, upselling and closing.
  • Strong clienteling capability and experience leveraging CRM to convert and nurture client relationships.
  • Fluent Spanish and Portuguese strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with retail procedures and front/back office tools.

Experience

Education
