TAG Heuer seeks Retail Specialist in Milan. Hybrid role managing CRM, activations, and boutique operations. EUR 30,000 annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily CRM system administration and maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while providing team training and support
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and develop targeted CRM campaigns with measurable performance metrics
- Develop and execute retail activation programs aligned with business objectives, managing event logistics and inventory coordination
- Establish and cultivate partnerships with complementary brands and organizations to enhance activation reach and audience engagement
- Support daily store operations including POS transactions, policy compliance, and administrative functions
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maintain visual merchandising standards and curate compelling product displays
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform operational decision-making
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine activation strategies and improve client experience
Qualifications
- University degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, sales, boutique operations, or client-facing training roles
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with meticulous attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience in retail, sales, boutique operations, or training environments, ideally within the luxury sector. Direct exposure to customer relationship management, point-of-sale operations, and client engagement is advantageous.
Education
University degree (any field); prior retail, sales, boutique, or training experience is considered a valuable asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
