TAG Heuer seeks a Retail Specialist to drive retail activations, manage daily store operations, and optimize customer relationship management in Milan. The successful candidate will oversee CRM system administration, develop and execute retail activation programs, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support sales tracking and reporting—reporting to the Retail Manager in a hybrid role combining hands-on operations with strategic clienteling initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity whilst providing training and support to team members
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and develop/execute targeted CRM campaigns with performance monitoring and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing and boutique teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives and brand standards
  • Develop and execute retail activation programs aligned with business objectives, managing event logistics, inventory control, and setup coordination
  • Establish partnerships with complementary brands or organizations to enhance activation programs and expand audience reach
  • Track and analyze activation performance, prepare reports, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Support daily store operations including POS transactions, policy compliance, and administrative duties
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in collaboration with the Marketing Team, ensuring attractive product displays and window presentations
  • Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform operational decisions

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, sales, boutique management, or training environments
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM system
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making approach
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
