Role & Responsibilities
- Process and code a high-volume pipeline of vendor invoices (≈100/month), maintain the ESKER invoice queue and partner with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders in FIORI, allocating costs across multiple boutique cost centers and ensuring procurement adherence to budget.
- Support new boutique openings and renovations by executing the Boutique Opening Checklist, procuring store items, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Extract, analyze and synthesize bi-weekly Google Review data to tier boutique performance and prepare formatted operational presentations for leadership.
- Manage monthly ordering, tracking and fulfillment of POS supplies and act as operational liaison for hospitality vendors, coordinating deliveries and invoice reconciliation.
- Pack, wrap and ship luxury client gifts and internal recognition awards, ensuring white-glove presentation standards and orchestrating high-volume holiday gifting logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field from an accredited institution (recent graduate).
- Proven financial literacy with strong data entry discipline and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Demonstrated organizational excellence and the ability to manage concurrent digital workflows and physical logistics.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a white-glove standard for client-facing deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to collaborate across functions and hierarchical levels.

Experience
