TAG Heuer seeks a Retail Specialist for its Milan boutique to drive retail activations, manage CRM systems, and support daily operations. The successful candidate will oversee customer data management through Salesforce, develop and execute targeted activation programs, coordinate event logistics, and maintain visual merchandising standards whilst reporting to the Retail Manager. This role combines strategic clienteling initiatives with hands-on operational excellence in a hybrid working environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee CRM system administration and maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity whilst providing training and support to team members
- Support analysis of customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and develop or execute targeted CRM campaigns, with performance monitoring and actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing and boutique teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives
- Develop and execute retail activation programs aligned with business objectives
- Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for retail activations, including event setup and inventory control
- Develop partnerships with complementary brands or organizations to enhance activation programs and reach new audiences
- Track and analyze activation performance, prepare reports, and gather customer feedback
- Assist with daily store operations, including POS transactions, maintaining policies and procedures, and providing administrative support
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive product displays and window presentations
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, sales, boutique operations, or training
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel
- Analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities as a collaborative team player
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, sales, boutique operations, or training environments. Prior hands-on field experience in these sectors is highly valued.
Education
University degree required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
