TAG Heuer seeks a Retail Manager in Seoul to oversee 10+ boutiques, drive sales and elevate the client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage retail operations across more than 10 company-owned TAG Heuer boutiques in South Korea to meet revenue, margin and profitability targets.
  • Define and execute market-specific retail strategies to grow sales, expand market share and strengthen brand visibility locally.
  • Align boutique initiatives with corporate commercial and marketing plans through close collaboration with the Retail Director, Sales Director and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities, anticipate risks and adjust retail plans accordingly.
  • Coach, develop and inspire boutique teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and consistently high standards of service and brand representation.
  • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics; implement corrective actions to optimise store performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with brand guidelines, company policies and ethical standards across all retail touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure operational support and merchandising alignment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with significant exposure to multi-boutique or area management.
  • Demonstrated expertise and commercial acumen within the luxury watch industry or closely related high-end retail segment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving retail productivity and elevating brand presence through retail initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and people-development skills with experience in coaching store managers and retail teams.
  • Advanced clienteling capabilities and a demonstrable focus on customer experience and loyalty strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
  • Solid knowledge of retail operations and merchandising disciplines, including inventory management, visual merchandising and sales training.

Experience
