TAG Heuer seeks a Retail Manager in Milan, Italy to develop the retail network, drive performance and lead retail teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute retail strategies and country action plans in coordination with regional and HQ teams to optimise sales and profitability across direct and franchise boutiques.
  • Monitor and analyse retail KPIs (conversion, recruitment, repurchase, VIC share, appointments, NPS, productivity), consolidate data and translate insights into concrete improvement actions.
  • Design and recommend tactical incentive programs to drive sales and retail performance.
  • Drive retail operations excellence by ensuring adherence to international retail standards, tools and processes and by coaching store managers on operational best practices.
  • Ensure merchandising and in‑store service levels align with brand guidelines (visual display quality, CRM usage, repair management, staff presentation, atmosphere, mystery shopping).
  • Lead the development and rollout of Retail Academy training in collaboration with HR and HQ Training, delivering ongoing coaching, performance management and community engagement.
  • Define and implement CRM and clienteling strategies, oversee execution of personalised client experiences and monitor CRM KPIs while ensuring data protection compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders and develop VIC strategies to reinforce brand loyalty and image.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail management, boutique supervision or retail project management.
  • Proven leadership and team development experience with capacity to coach and inspire multi‑site teams.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret retail KPIs and transform insights into operational actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Capacity to prioritise and manage multiple projects independently and cross‑functionally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% across Italy.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
