TAG Heuer France Belux seeks a Retail Assistant (internship) in Paris: 6‑month on‑site role supporting visual merchandising, events and retail training.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of TAG Heuer visual campaigns across owned retail, franchise and wholesale points of sale; update in-store visuals and coordinate proofs, quotes and production.
  • Produce VM recommendations and planograms and assist with VM reporting and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate customer activations and in-store events with the local marketing team; monitor results and produce ROI reports.
  • Research and benchmark best practices for retail activations across the France–BeLux region and other industries.
  • Translate and format training materials (brand, savoir‑faire, collections) and develop quizzes and pedagogical modules.
  • Administer the e‑learning platform: user administration, content updates and activity monitoring of boutique teams.
  • Provide logistical and operational support for training sessions, seminars and Ambassador programme activities; assist boutiques when required.
  • Manage ordering and shipment of retail supplies, gifts, POS materials and uniform follow‑up for boutique teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme (business, luxury management, marketing, visual merchandising or equivalent).
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
  • Strong organisational skills, rigor and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Proactive, autonomous and highly attentive to detail with a genuine interest in watchmaking and luxury retail.
  • Aptitude for cross‑functional collaboration and comfortable interacting with multiple departments and levels of seniority.

Experience

Entry‑level / beginner. Open to students or recent graduates; prior retail, VM or events experience is advantageous but not required.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's level (current student or recent graduate) in Business, Luxury Management, Marketing, Visual Merchandising or related discipline.
