TAG Heuer seeks a Retail & Franchise Manager in Paris to lead three boutiques and nine franchises, managing a 23-person team with responsibility for sales performance, team development, and brand consistency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage commercial budgets and expenditures with rigorous P&L oversight, ensuring performance and profitability targets are met across all retail locations
- Oversee sales team training, ensuring proper product knowledge, sales rituals, and brand guidelines are implemented consistently across the network
- Supervise visual merchandising execution, in-store activations, and store design aligned with brand positioning and standards
- Direct the Franchise Manager in defining and executing priorities across the franchised network to maintain service excellence and brand coherence
- Coordinate with Human Resources on recruitment and talent management for all retail and franchise positions
- Develop and execute action plans for each boutique to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance
- Monitor and report on comprehensive KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, recruitment, retention, and sales-by-appointment across all locations
- Serve as retail spokesperson for the subsidiary, formulating recommendations to support all business aspects while collaborating with corporate functions on strategic objectives
- Partner with Marketing to develop and implement an annual calendar of in-store activations aligned with brand events and local market opportunities
- Drive adoption of Salesforce and CRM tools to enhance prospecting and clienteling strategies
- Guarantee consistency of customer experience through sales rituals, mystery shopping evaluations, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking
- Ensure rigorous compliance with health and safety procedures, back-office operations, equipment maintenance, and legal requirements
- Collaborate with franchised boutiques to maintain coherent customer journeys and service standards across all points of sale
- Ensure franchised teams achieve required product knowledge standards and deliver on-brand customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of retail management experience in the luxury sector and/or watchmaking industry
- Demonstrated success leading teams in a matrix organizational environment
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive sales growth, customer relationships, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to produce relevant reports and translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Proficiency in retail management software and CRM platforms
- Fluent in French and English
