TAG Heuer Regional Retail Director role in Miami, Florida—lead luxury boutique network with $135–145K annual salary, hybrid work, 70% travel required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategies for maximizing sales, profitability, and market productivity across the southeast region
- Lead, coach, and develop multi-unit retail and franchise management teams with focus on succession planning and talent retention
- Drive clienteling culture and client relationship management through leverage of Salesforce and CDC tools to achieve commercial objectives
- Partner with Merchandising and Planning to ensure optimal product assortment and availability across all locations
- Supervise and analyze sales performance metrics in all stores; develop business improvement plans based on data analysis
- Maintain brand consistency across the retail network through oversight of customer experience, mystery shop audits, selling ceremonies, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) monitoring
- Lead franchise boutique partnerships to ensure adherence to TAG Heuer service standards, product knowledge, and hospitality protocols
- Oversee retail operations, internal controls, and policy implementation; coordinate with Retail Operations Manager and VP of Retail on procedure development
- Manage end-to-end new store opening initiatives in collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Finance, HR, and Training
- Lead recruitment coordination with Human Resources; ensure successful implementation of TAG Heuer training programs and company initiatives across the region
- Build community connections and develop viable marketing and event concepts to strengthen brand positioning
- Conduct final-round interviews for boutique manager candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of luxury retail experience in a multi-unit or regional management environment
- Proven track record of leading high-performing retail and franchise teams
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury clienteling and high-end customer relationship management
- Strong proficiency with retail technology platforms such as Salesforce, CDC systems, and Cegid point-of-sale systems
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities with ability to develop future leaders
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Digital literacy and comfort with retail analytics and performance dashboards
- Ability to act as a brand ambassador and model selling excellence on the retail floor
- Willingness to travel approximately 70% and work flexible schedules
