TAG Heuer seeks Regional Retail Director in Los Angeles to lead West Coast luxury watch boutiques, manage multi-unit teams, and drive premium customer experiences. Salary $158k–$165k.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive retail performance through clienteling culture, traffic conversion, and strategic emphasis on high-end client development and retention
  • Lead and develop retail and franchise teams to achieve regional business objectives, sales targets, and key commercial metrics
  • Partner with Merchandising and Planning to ensure optimal product assortment and availability across all regional stores
  • Maintain consistent customer experience standards through mystery shopping analysis, NPS score monitoring, and selling ceremony adherence
  • Oversee franchise boutique operations to ensure service excellence, product knowledge, and alignment with TAG Heuer brand standards
  • Implement and supervise internal control procedures and retail operations policies in partnership with the VP of Retail
  • Manage end-to-end execution of new store openings, coordinating with Visual Merchandising, Finance, HR, and Training teams
  • Coordinate staffing, retention, and talent succession planning with Human Resources; develop future leaders within the region
  • Leverage Salesforce and CDC tools to enhance prospecting, clienteling strategy, and regional business development
  • Supervise all technology systems including Cegid training and support to maintain operational efficiency
  • Conduct final-round interviews for boutique managers and ensure consistent application of company initiatives across the region

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in multi-unit store environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members by example on the sales floor
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with retail management systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Brand ambassador mentality and ability to foster clienteling culture
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution with empathy and agility
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
  • Willingness to embrace flexible scheduling and approximately 70% travel requirements
