TAG Heuer in Cornol, Switzerland seeks a Production & Maintenance Manager to lead manufacturing, maintenance and industrial performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and structure production at the Cornol manufacture to ensure on-time delivery, quality and compliance with Time To Market objectives.
  • Manage workshop leaders for machining/grinding and assembly/manual polishing, plus the maintenance team; provide coaching and performance management.
  • Translate the production demand plan (PDP) into workshop scheduling and capacity adjustments; ordnance recurring production according to validated PDP.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with Development, Quality, Methods/Industrial and Supply Chain for new product introductions and ongoing production.
  • Define and validate production schedules and routings for new developments and approve adjustments with Methods/Industrial.
  • Manage operating budgets and deliver measurable industrial performance improvements.
  • Implement and sponsor a continuous improvement roadmap aligned with corporate initiatives (safety, environmental and operational excellence).
  • Ensure application of safety standards and environmental regulations across production and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or Master’s in production/operations management, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in production leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in deploying industrial performance and process optimisation (5S, Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Demonstrated management experience with strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Solid experience in production planning, budgeting and delivering to Time To Market constraints.

Experience
