Role & Responsibilities

  • Dismantle watch cases and bracelets using prescribed equipment and methods, ensuring components are protected and tracked.
  • Clean, service and reassemble cases and bracelets to brand standards, including ultrasonic and manual cleaning techniques.
  • Adjust and calibrate movements and timing where required, ensuring watches meet specified tolerances.
  • Verify that repair estimates accurately reflect required servicing and parts before work proceeds.
  • Ensure every repair meets TAG Heuer quality standards and the assigned productivity targets.
  • Maintain accurate work records, parts inventory and job documentation in accordance with atelier procedures.
  • Maintain tools and workbench in a clean, safe and organized condition; escalate anomalies to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable manual dexterity and excellent hand–eye coordination.
  • Familiarity with watch construction and small-component handling.
  • Capacity to work to deadlines and meet productivity standards.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently with self-motivation.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of quartz watch repair experience preferred; candidates with related watchmaking training and demonstrable practical skill will be considered.
