Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the retailer network with visual, marketing and communications materials for in‑store displays, OOH, social media and retail websites.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and coordinate product displays, including window and counter installations.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale (POS) material: ordering, inventory tracking and delivery to retail partners.
  • Assist in the roll‑out and execution of trade marketing activations and event formats, adapting global guidelines to local market needs.
  • Coordinate shipments and consignments to media, influencers and other stakeholders.
  • Support social media reporting and weekly trend analysis to inform local marketing decisions.
  • Act as liaison with PR agencies and the HQ translation agency for content distribution and text localisations.
  • Assist with back‑office administration including creation and management of incoming purchase orders (POs) and invoices.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Economics (required).
  • High interest in watchmaking; genuine affinity for luxury timepieces.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (verbal and written).
  • Entrepreneurial, hands‑on attitude with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with retail partners and internal teams.
  • Detail‑oriented while maintaining a strategic, big‑picture perspective.
  • Analytical, data‑driven mindset with capacity for reporting and trend analysis.
  • Passion for motor racing or sport is a plus; digital/social media experience is advantageous.
