TAG Heuer in Melbourne seeks a Marketing Coordinator (full‑time, permanent) to support marketing, events, PR and retail activations in a hybrid working model.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day marketing administration including drafting communications, responding to emails and liaising with internal creative teams and external suppliers.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral and creative assets (EDMs, presentations, eCommerce content) in line with global brand guidelines.
- Coordinate event logistics end‑to‑end: venue liaison, catering, AV/visuals, setup and pack‑down support.
- Draft and distribute PR materials (press releases, media alerts), maintain media contact lists and coordinate product sample deliveries for editorial review.
- Monitor media coverage and compile performance reports on advertising and PR activities, including reach, engagement and basic ROI metrics.
- Support retail and trade marketing initiatives and visual merchandising activities, including POS/SIS requests, window and in‑store installations.
- Generate and process purchase orders, maintain accurate records of marketing spend and assist in tracking expenditures against approved budgets.
- Undertake ad‑hoc marketing requests as directed by the Marketing & Communications Executive and Marketing Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent qualification and/or relevant marketing experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail or luxury goods.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with evidence of stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating initiative and a 'can‑do' attitude.
- Organised, adaptable team player with a creative mindset and passion for lifestyle, technology and sport trends.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years in marketing or communications, with preference for candidates who have worked in retail, luxury goods or lifestyle brands and have exposure to event coordination, PR and retail activations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
