TAG Heuer Logistics Assistant — Walkden (Manchester), UK. Full-time on-site role handling stock, couriers, documentation and site logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock: receive, check, pack and prepare items for dispatch in line with quality and timing targets.
- Arrange and coordinate courier collections and deliveries; complete and maintain accurate shipping documentation and database records.
- Process and distribute incoming post; complete, file and archive logistical and administrative paperwork.
- Restock and maintain order, cleanliness and safety of storage and work areas; support site security and facilities procedures.
- Adhere to and promote health & safety procedures including manual handling best practice.
- Respond to internal and external customer queries professionally and promptly, maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Support the logistics team to meet departmental targets and deadlines; assist with continuous improvement of systems, programmes and practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador: maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge and complete required training.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site role Monday–Friday (36.25 hours/week within operating hours 08:00–18:00).
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with close attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with professional demeanour and high reliability.
- Willingness to learn, complete training and support team development.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards and a proactive approach.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position. Candidates with prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, retail stock management or courier coordination are welcome but not required.
Education
No formal higher-education requirement; GCSEs (or equivalent) or relevant vocational training preferred but not essential.
