TAG Heuer seeks a Logistics Assistant in Walkden (Manchester), UK — full-time on-site role supporting stock handling, courier coordination and distribution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming post and parcels across the site
  • Arrange outbound deliveries with couriers and complete related documentation and database records accurately
  • Check, pack and prepare stock and repair items in line with agreed productivity and quality targets
  • Restock inventory and maintain organisation and safety of work and storage areas
  • Complete and file logistics documentation; ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support departmental targets and deadlines through effective teamwork and prioritisation
  • Respond professionally to internal and external customer queries and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain site security, facilities and adherence to company health & safety procedures
  • Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of logistics programs, practices and systems
  • Attend required training, develop brand and product knowledge and act as a Brand Ambassador when interacting with clients

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK (required)
  • Ability to work full time, Monday–Friday (36.25 hours per week) on site in Walkden, Manchester
  • Good organisational skills with the capacity to plan and prioritise workload
  • Customer-focused demeanour with professional and reliable conduct
  • Willingness to learn, attend training and work flexibly to support change
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Awareness of and willingness to follow Health & Safety and manual handling procedures

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for candidates at the start of a logistics or warehouse career; previous experience in a distribution, stockroom or courier-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

High school diploma / GCSEs or equivalent preferred; vocational or logistics-related qualifications are advantageous but not required.
