TAG Heuer seeks Junior Client Advisor intern for 2-3 month placement at Paris Flagship, starting June. Support team and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual KPIs through effective selling techniques and team collaboration
- Provide exceptional in-store customer experiences and memorable service interactions
- Support colleagues and team members in the retail environment
- Approach sales with an omnichannel mindset to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Propose new ideas for business development including merchandising initiatives, events, and product mix optimization
- Embody the TAG Heuer brand DNA and serve as a passionate brand ambassador internally and externally, particularly at events
- Achieve individual customer loyalty objectives through targeted outreach, appointment scheduling, and follow-up sales
- Collect and leverage customer data to deliver personalized and relevant engagement, capitalizing on growth opportunities
- Communicate brand heritage, DNA, technical advantages, and product details to build trust and lasting relationships
- Contribute to daily retail operations including inventory management, cash handling, security procedures, and store opening/closing
- Utilize retail tools including CEGID and Salesforce platforms correctly
- Coordinate after-sales service operations until watch return
- Execute visual merchandising directives including window displays, product presentation, and catalog management
- Maintain compliance with internal control policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
