TAG Heuer in Paris seeks a Junior Client Advisor intern for a 3-month on-site role supporting flagship store sales and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and drive sales on the boutique floor, working to individual KPIs and contributing to the store’s overall targets.
  • Deliver memorable, brand-authentic customer experiences across all touchpoints with an omnichannel sales approach.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, appointment management and targeted clienteling actions.
  • Collect and qualify customer data in CRM (Salesforce) and use insights to personalise communications and generate repeat business.
  • Support daily store operations under the flagship director’s supervision, including inventory, cash procedures, store opening/closing and loss-prevention processes.
  • Operate and update retail systems (CEGID, Salesforce) and assist with visual merchandising and window presentation.
  • Coordinate after-sales service processes until product return and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
  • Contribute to store upkeep and a positive, inclusive work environment; represent the Maison at in-store and external events.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s programme (business, retail, luxury management, marketing) or equivalent vocational training.
  • Strong client orientation with a demonstrable interest in luxury watches and high-end retail.
  • Professional presentation and ability to represent the brand at client events.
  • High interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused attitude.
  • Autonomous, adaptable and results-driven with a capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn retail systems.

Experience

Entry-level internship suitable for candidates with little or no prior professional experience in luxury retail; previous customer-facing or retail experience is advantageous but not required.
