TAG Heuer Junior Area Sales Manager in Hamburg—manage 30 retail points across Northern/Eastern Germany with sales strategy and brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and independently develop the sales territory in Northern and Eastern Germany with approximately 30 points of sale
- Cultivate strategic relationships with retail partners and support achievement of revenue, sell-in, and sell-out targets
- Analyze sales figures, key performance indicators (KPIs), and inventory trends to drive performance improvement initiatives
- Execute sales strategies, promotions, and product launches successfully across the territory
- Maintain premium brand presentation and ensure compliance with point-of-sale and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct regular store visits and train retail teams on products, brand identity, and sales arguments
- Support local events and sales activities to strengthen brand awareness and customer retention
- Work proficiently with Power BI, Salesforce, and ideally SAP or ERP systems to support reporting and forecasting
- Prepare reports, support forecasts and budget planning, and maintain data integrity
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualification
- First relevant professional experience in sales, field service, key account management, or retail, ideally in premium or luxury sectors
- Pronounced interest in watches, lifestyle, innovation, and strong brand narratives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI and Salesforce advantageous
- Ideally possess knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Sound understanding of sales-relevant KPIs and business economics
- Fluent communication in German and English, both written and verbal
- High travel willingness within the sales territory
- Ideally resident in the serviced territory, preferably in the Hamburg area or comparable central Northern German location

Experience
First relevant professional experience in sales, field service, key account management, or retail, ideally in premium or luxury environments. Entry-level candidates with strong commercial acumen and analytical capability are encouraged to apply.
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualification.
