Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead development projects for new materials and technologies at TRL3–TRL4, delivering technical feasibility studies, demonstrators and pre‑industrialisation plans.
  • Define and execute project plans including schedule, budget tracking, risk analysis and qualification planning toward integration into TAG Heuer products.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers; coordinate internal stakeholders across product, development, design and technical offices to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the TAG Heuer LAB team (applied research, technology scouting, product concepting) to translate concepts into functional prototypes.
  • Work with legal teams to assess freedom‑to‑operate and support protection of related intellectual property; report progress to the Head of Innovation.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Materials Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification.
  • Junior profile with hands‑on R&D project experience (minimum 1–2 internships in R&D/project management).
  • Demonstrated curiosity, autonomy and creativity with a strong collaborative mindset.
  • Affinities for watchmaking and high attention to quality and detail.
