TAG Heuer seeks a Human Resources Coordinator in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland for a six-month fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft, establish, and maintain employee contracts, amendments, and related legal documentation
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including attestations and employment certificates
- Maintain and update personnel files in both physical and digital formats with meticulous accuracy
- Ensure full compliance with Swiss labour law and internal HR policies across all employment documents
- Track employee absences including sick leave, accidents, vacation, and maternity leave
- Monitor and correct timesheet anomalies within timekeeping systems and generate monthly time reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries on HR administrative matters
- Prepare and transmit payroll variables including overtime, absences, bonuses, and supplementary compensation
- Submit declarations to social security bodies (AVS, LPP, insurance providers, work permits)
- Manage accident and illness declarations and maintain family allowance file records
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurance regulations
- Proficiency with ADP HR systems
- HR, administration, or equivalent formal qualification
- Minimum three years of confirmed experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in Switzerland
- Industry experience considered a significant asset
- Exceptional discretion and strict confidentiality protocols
- Excellent French and English language proficiency
