TAG Heuer seeks an HR Coordinator in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland — permanent full-time HR Coordinator overseeing employee lifecycle, payroll and time management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer the full employee lifecycle: prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, onboarding and offboarding documentation, employment certificates and personnel files (physical and electronic).
  • Maintain compliance with Swiss labour law and internal HR policies; ensure personnel documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as primary contact for employee administrative enquiries and provide service-oriented HR support to site teams.
  • Manage time and attendance processes: track absences (sickness, accident, leave, maternity), correct clocking anomalies and produce monthly hours worked reports.
  • Prepare and transmit payroll variables (overtime, absences, bonuses) to payroll; coordinate social declarations (AVS, LPP), work permits and statutory filings.
  • Administer temporary workforce and agency contracts: manage administrative onboarding, contract follow-up and validation of agency invoicing and service compliance.
  • Compile and deliver monthly internal HR reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in HR administration, ideally within Switzerland; industrial site experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurance systems (AVS, LPP) and practical experience with statutory declarations.
  • Practical experience preparing payroll variables and managing payroll-related documentation.
  • Professional fluency in French; additional languages considered an asset.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality and professional integrity.

Experience
