TAG Heuer in Seoul seeks an HR & GA Intern (temporary) to support HR, office administration and executive assistance. Bilingual Korean/English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day HR administrative support including HR data entry, file management and assistance with recruitment scheduling.
- Manage office operations: maintain facilities and supplies, process invoices, coordinate vendor services and ensure smooth reception for visitors.
- Deliver executive assistance to the General Manager, including calendar management, travel coordination and ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
- Support workplace initiatives related to LVMH LIFE360 (Green IT) and participate in implementation of environmental best practices.
- Collaborate across functions to prioritise tasks, prepare standard reports and support internal events and employee‑related processes.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in administration, HR support or executive assistance (internship or entry‑level experience).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken Korean and English.
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Interest in sustainability / Green IT initiatives and willingness to be trained on associated practices.

Beginner level: internship or up to 1–2 years' experience in office administration, HR support or executive assistance. Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR/office workflows is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
