TAG Heuer Events Manager in Signy, Switzerland: lead high-end brand events for luxury watchmaker with global marketing impact.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee conception and delivery of high-end events including product launches, brand celebrations, and watch fair participation, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategy
- Establish and implement global event guidelines across all headquarters moments and markets to maintain consistent brand quality
- Consolidate local and regional event plans in collaboration with the global marketing team and market partners
- Manage complete event logistics including catering, transportation, gifting, and guest list coordination through vendor negotiation and supplier management
- Monitor and track industry trends relevant to luxury events and brand positioning
- Manage event budgets and invoicing with operational efficiency and financial accountability
- Develop and propose creative event concepts that reinforce brand positioning and marketing objectives
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders across the marketing value chain
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience managing high-end events in the luxury sector
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor and supplier management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadline adherence
- Advanced communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated commitment to environmental sustainability and familiarity with LVMH LIFE360 sustainability initiatives
Skills
Experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience managing high-end events within the luxury environment, demonstrating progression in event conception, execution, and strategic brand alignment. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder events and managing vendor relationships in international settings.
Education
Degree from a recognized Business School, or qualification in Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Signy, Vaud, Switzerland, with easy access to Geneva.
