TAG Heuer seeks a Creative Project Manager for a 6-month temporary contract to support the Global Creative Team in developing and delivering the Maison's key creative projects and campaigns. This role encompasses end-to-end project management from brief through final delivery, coordinating timelines, stakeholder feedback, and cross-functional partnerships across marketing, communication, digital, retail, and production teams. The incumbent will work with internal teams, external agencies, and production partners to ensure seamless execution of global campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage creative projects end-to-end, from brief and creative development through production, post-production, validation and final delivery
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, feedback rounds and approvals across multiple projects simultaneously
- Consolidate stakeholder feedback and translate it into clear and actionable direction for creative partners
- Anticipate risks and proactively identify solutions to keep projects on time and within scope
- Support the development and rollout of global campaigns, product launches and key brand moments across Advertising, Social, Digital, PR, Retail and Partnerships
- Brief and coordinate agencies, production companies and creative talents
- Follow photo, video and content productions, ensuring consistency with the approved creative direction and expected quality standards
- Support asset adaptations and ensure consistency across channels and markets
- Act as a key operational contact between the Creative team, internal stakeholders, markets and external partners
- Coordinate project requirements and validations with Marketing, Communication, Media, PR, Retail, Digital, Legal and Procurement
- Ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project planning, budgets, quotations and production timelines
- Coordinate Procurement processes, supplier requirements and cost validations when needed
- Track approvals and ensure final assets are delivered on time and according to project requirements
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of photo, video and digital production processes
- Excellent project management, organization and prioritization skills
- Strong creative sensitivity and attention to detail
- Proactive, agile and solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding and practical use of AI-powered creative tools and workflows
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating a rich and diverse background in content creation
- Proven experience in content creation within the luxury industry, preferably in watches and/or jewelry
