Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and assist with monthly staff payroll operations and submissions to the payroll bureau
  • Manage the payroll calendar and prepare monthly payroll journals including brand-specific entries
  • Support the annual pay review process and assist in preparing salary increase and bonus communications
  • Conduct salary benchmarking analysis and support compensation reviews
  • Liaise with external benefit providers and update staff records on a monthly basis
  • Maintain accurate and timely information in the HRIS system and update monthly KPIs
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits
  • Support internal communications and training on reward-related topics
  • Assist in reviewing reward and benefits programmes
  • Support cross-functional HR projects and general administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR or payroll administration
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large volumes of data and perform complex calculations accurately
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and various software packages
  • Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness
