Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales by achieving individual KPIs through active client outreach, appointment generation and converting in-store traffic.
  • Deliver personalised, memorable client experiences in-store and at events, acting as a passionate brand ambassador for TAG Heuer.
  • Execute clienteling and omnichannel selling strategies, maintaining and leveraging qualitative client data to generate repeat business and grow the active client base.
  • Support daily retail operations including inventory, cash handling, store opening/closing, security and compliance with internal control policies.
  • Operate front‑ and back‑office retail systems (CEGID, Salesforce), coordinate aftersales processes and ensure timely follow‑up until resolution.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising standards including window animation, product presentation and catalogues; contribute ideas to improve merchandising, events and product mix.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail or premium lifestyle retail, preferably with watches, jewellery or related categories.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in an additional language is required (a third language is a plus).
  • Proven selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, objection handling, upselling and closing.
  • Familiarity with sales and clienteling KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, mix, active client growth) and a demonstrable KPI-driven mindset.
  • Practical experience with retail software and digital tools; proficiency with CEGID and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal presentation skills, professional grooming, and the ability to represent the Maison at external events.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' customer-facing experience in luxury or premium retail, with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling strategies. Prior exposure to watches, lifestyle goods or sports-related luxury categories is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management is an asset.

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 23 to CAD 25 per hour.
