Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
  • Enhance the client experience by maintaining a focus on omnichannel sales and proposing innovative ideas for sales development.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and fostering long-lasting client relationships through clienteling strategies.
  • Ensure operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting colleagues and fostering teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.

Skills

Strong selling skills, including client discovery, storytelling, and upselling. Proficiency in digital tools and understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and propose innovative solutions. High integrity and team spirit, with the ability to represent the brand effectively.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail sales, with a focus on client development and operational excellence.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation

Salary ranges from CAD $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus commission and target bonus.
