TAG Heuer Client Advisor in Troy, MI — full-time boutique role. $22–$24/hr plus commission; deliver luxury watch sales and client development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales by achieving individual KPIs and contributing to collective store targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences across all touchpoints, with an omnichannel mindset that integrates in-store, digital and aftersales interactions.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling: outreach, appointment management and follow-up to convert prospects into active clients.
  • Communicate TAG Heuer’s brand story, product benefits and technical features persuasively to build trust and affinity.
  • Contribute to daily store operations and administrative processes (inventory, cash management, security, opening/closing) in compliance with internal control policies.
  • Operate retail systems and CRM platforms (CEGID, Salesforce), execute visual merchandising standards and assist with window and product presentation.
  • Coordinate aftersales procedures until product return and ensure rigorous adherence to grooming, attitude and VM guidelines.
  • Propose merchandising and promotional ideas, support events and foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail or high-end watch/jewellery sales with demonstrated sales results.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong selling capabilities including client discovery, storytelling, objection handling and closing.
  • Proven clienteling ability and familiarity with client development KPIs (outreaches, appointments, conversion).
  • Digital literacy with experience using retail and CRM tools; ability to learn new systems rapidly.
  • Professional presentation, high integrity and the ability to represent the Maison at in-store and external events.

Experience

At least two years of progressive experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably with exposure to watches or jewelry; demonstrable track record of meeting sales KPIs and growing an active client base.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certifications in retail, luxury sales or horology preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 24 per hour.
