TAG Heuer Client Advisor position in Toronto, Ontario. Full-time luxury retail sales role with competitive hourly rate ($21–$24 CAD) plus commission and bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales and personal KPIs while consistently delivering memorable client experiences on the sales floor
  • Execute consultative selling techniques including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and objection handling
  • Develop and maintain a personalized client base through strategic outreach, appointments, and follow-up using available clienteling tools and CRM systems
  • Communicate TAG Heuer brand DNA, heritage, and technical watch specifications to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Leverage omnichannel retail touchpoints to maximize client experience across all possible interaction channels
  • Contribute to daily operational processes including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, store opening and closing procedures
  • Operate POS and CRM systems (CEGID, Salesforce) and execute visual merchandising standards including window displays and product presentations
  • Coordinate after-sales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies, grooming standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Support boutique colleagues and team members while maintaining a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
  • Propose and implement new ideas to enhance sales opportunities through merchandising initiatives, events, and product mix optimization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience
  • Fluency in English and French (French is local language in Quebec region, but role is in Toronto)
  • Genuine passion for watches, lifestyle trends, emerging technologies, and sports
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs including traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, ASP, and sales mix
  • Knowledge of client and clienteling KPIs and metrics
  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end retail tools and systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury retail procedures and internal brand protocols
  • Client-centric mindset with focus on recruiting new clients and nurturing long-term relationships

Experience

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21 to CAD 24 per hour.
