TAG Heuer Client Advisor position in Taormina, Sicily. Temporary full-time luxury retail role offering €26,000 annual salary with incentive scheme participation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales performance and achieve personal KPI targets through consultative selling techniques and consistent client engagement on the sales floor
  • Recruit and retain new clients by leveraging clienteling tools and data; maintain qualitative client information to enable personalized, relevant communication
  • Embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA and history as a passionate ambassador both in-store and at external events, communicating the brand story, technical specifications, and value propositions with authenticity
  • Support team members and colleagues to ensure cohesive operations; propose innovative ideas to enhance sales through merchandising, events, and product mix optimization
  • Execute daily operational procedures including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, store opening and closing, and after-sales coordination
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising standards, grooming protocols, window animations, and product presentation according to internal guidelines
  • Demonstrate omnichannel awareness to ensure seamless client experiences across all touchpoints and maximize conversion opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with internal control policies, retail procedures, and Brand DNA standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail environments
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages valued
  • Proven knowledge of luxury watch category, lifestyle trends, and emerging technologies
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, ASP, sales mix) and clienteling metrics
  • Client-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and recruit new clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to convey brand narratives and technical product details
  • Familiarity with retail systems, CRM tools, and digital platforms
  • Professional presentation skills with ability to represent the maison in formal and informal settings

Experience

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; further qualification in luxury retail, fashion, or business management is advantageous but not required.

This position is based in Taormina, Sicily, Italy, within easy reach of Catania.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 26,000 per annum.
