TAG Heuer Client Advisor in Sydney, Australia. Drive luxury watch sales and build client relationships in our iconic boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales performance and achieve individual KPIs by delivering memorable client experiences and leveraging selling techniques and team collaboration
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA and communicating brand story, heritage, and technical product details to build trust and lasting relationships
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through qualitative data collection and personalized engagement, achieving clienteling objectives including new client recruitment and VIC share
  • Support omnichannel sales initiatives and propose ideas to develop sales through merchandising, events, and product mix optimization
  • Contribute to operational excellence by executing daily processes including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and aftersales coordination
  • Leverage digital tools (CEGID, Salesforce) effectively and maintain compliance with retail procedures, grooming standards, and internal control policies
  • Maintain store presentation standards through window animation, product displays, and comprehensive store maintenance
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment while representing the Maison both in-store and at external events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail environment
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in local language (Australian English); third language desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports
  • Proven selling skills including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, objection handling, and sales closing
  • Understanding of sales KPIs (traffic, conversion, volume, value, ASP, sales mix) and Client and Clienteling KPIs
  • Knowledge of brand retail procedures, front and back office tools, and digital retail systems
  • Client-centric mindset with ability to recruit new clients and nurture long-term relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent presentation abilities

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. Prior experience in watch retail or high-end fashion/jewelry retail is strongly preferred.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; further education in luxury retail, hospitality, or business administration is a plus.
