Role & Responsibilities

• Drive sales on the boutique floor while achieving individual KPIs and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and client relationship-building
• Support team members and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and store operations
• Leverage omnichannel sales strategies to provide clients with comprehensive touchpoints and seamless experiences across all customer journey stages
• Develop and propose innovative merchandising, event, and product mix concepts to enhance sales performance
• Embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA as a passionate brand ambassador both in-store and at external events
• Achieve clienteling objectives including outreaches, appointments, and sales from appointments using available digital tools
• Collect and leverage client data qualitatively to personalize communications and identify growth opportunities
• Communicate brand storytelling, technical product details, and collection advantages in an inspiring manner to build trust and long-term relationships
• Execute daily retail and administrative processes including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, and store opening/closing procedures
• Operate front and back-office tools including CEGID and Salesforce platforms
• Manage visual merchandising standards including window displays, product presentation, and catalog management
• Coordinate after-sales operations and warranty processes until product return
• Maintain rigorous adherence to grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance
• Comply with all internal control policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail environments
• Demonstrated knowledge and genuine passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports
• Fluency in English and local language; additional language skills preferred
• Strong consultative selling skills including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, objection handling, and sales closing techniques
• Solid understanding of sales KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, sales volume and value, average selling price, and product mix analysis
• Knowledge of client and clienteling KPIs and CRM best practices
• Proficiency with digital tools and retail technology platforms
• Familiarity with TAG Heuer brand DNA, heritage, and current collections
• Knowledge of front and back-office retail procedures and systems
• Client-centric mindset with proven ability to recruit new clients and nurture long-term relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an open, collaborative approach

Skills

Experience

Beginner to early-career professionals with a minimum of 2 years' demonstrated experience in luxury retail environments are encouraged to apply. Prior boutique or high-end customer service experience at prestige brands is highly valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training or certification in luxury retail, sales, or hospitality is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 24 per hour.
